CTM Productions is owned and operated by Caleb Mihill, a native to Lake Placid, NY. Caleb's video and media creation journey began early in his life, but it really flourished when he created the Lake Placid High School's Blue Bomber Weekly News. Writing, filming, directing, and editing the program every week, he honed his skills for creating content. In 10th grade he founded CTM Productions, but really began breathing life into the business when he was 19. Since then he has had the opportunity to partner with numerous businesses and institutions whose products can be found on this site.

Each partner of CTM Productions has seen increased interactions and notoriety due to the material Caleb has produced. He is focused on giving his best to his partners and ensuring they are taken care of and feel truly represented by the material he produces.​

One of the biggest moments of CTM Productions took place in 2024 when Caleb and CTM Productions produced Check-In, a short film that has received international recognition. This new endeavor significantly shaped CTM Productions and set the stage for it to become a production house rather than solely a production business.
